Dynatrace Is a Market Leader for APM

Gartner published its influential report, the Magic Quadrant for Application Performance Monitoring (APM) 2020, in May of this year. It named Dynatrace as a market leader in several areas for the tenth year in a row, and declared it the best in the Completeness of Vision category for the third time in succession.

The company also received the highest score possible in five out of six application areas:

  • CloudOps

  • DevOps

  • IT Operations

  • Application Support

  • Application Development

Steve Tack, Vice President for Product Management at Dynatrace, sees this distinction as confirmation for all customers and businesses that are already using Dynatrace APM in production. Companies are relying on digital applications more than ever to boost sales, maintain productivity and stay in touch with customers and employees.
